On the exclusive 5.5 km running route through the Donau-Auen National Park, you can experience nature up close and 🏃‍♀️ run away from everyday life step by step. 80% of the running route is on paved paths, 20% on tarmac and 100% through one of Austria's most beautiful natural landscapes.💚

Route

Walk from the hotel to the right along Mannswörther Straße

After 350 metres, turn left. Another 150 metres later, turn right

Pass the sports centre and after 1 km you will reach Jägerhausgasse

From Pappelallee, turn left after 1,400 metres into the floodplain

Continue to the left of Schwechat

After 3.9 km you reach the furthest point of the route

Turn left up the slope

After 4 km you will reach the Lusthaus

Pass the recreation centre and after 4.8 km you are back on asphalt

Turn left immediately after the nursery

After 5.5 km you reach the start and finish point again at the HEINhotel
